Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at email address or phone number. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

Cancellation by BURPYE FOODS: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, the unavailability of stock, errors in product pricing or description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Return and Refund

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Perishable goods such as nuts are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email address or phone number within time frame, e.g., 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within time frame, 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
